7.) Write the equation of a line in slope intercept form through the point (3, 1) and parallel to y = -⅓ x +4

If a equation is parallel to y=-1/3x+4, the slope is gonna be exactly same with it. So the form of equation is gonna be y=-1/3x+b. If we put that points in this equation, 1=-1/3(3) +b 1=-1+b b=1+1=2

So the answer is y=-1/3x+2
