They are differing in the muscles they target ,Either cardio else others.

Cardiovascular fitness is the fitness of our heart's muscular.Doing cardio workouts can be quite helpful in maintaining that fitness level

Muscular endurance denotes to strengthen of muscles like biceps ,knees ,ankles ,abs etc .
