Amendment 2:

Felons can not own guns. Age requirements 18/21 in some parts of the country, or certain stores. Some stores like Walmart put their own rules. You can't own certain guns. You can not make your own guns/ghost guns.

Amendment 3:

The British law which inspired the banning of Troops being in private homes was the Quartering Act I believe.
