While working on a school assignment, you run into a problem with your monitor that you can’t seem to fix. You decide to call the Technical Support team to get help. In your conversation with the support team, they inform you that in order to fix the problem they will have need permission to have “remote access” to your computer. Describe what “remote access” is. List the advantages and dangers of allowing someone to have remote access to your device. Also, explain who you should or should not give remote access to.

Remote access is the process in which another entity is directing your screen. This is a very risky process due there being so many hackers and frauds and information stealing. I suggest rather than allowing and granting access to your devices through remote control access, one should rather have TS walk them through it via phone
