The value of given expression.

Solution:

We have,


\log_63+\log_68-\log_64

Using properties of logarithm, we get


=\log_6(3* 8)-\log_64
[\because \log_am+\log_an=\log_amn]


=\log_6(24)-\log_64


=\log_6\left( (24)/(4)\right)
[\because \log_am-\log_an=\log_a(m)/(n)]


=\log_66


=1
[\because \log_aa=1]

Therefore, the value of given expression is 1.
