From the picture attached,

Lines 'm' and 'l' are the parallel lines and a transversal line is intersecting this line.

Therefore, (3x - 15)° + (6x + 6)° = 180° [Sum of consecutive interior angles is 180°]

9x - 9 = 180°

9x = 189

x = 21

(y + 18)° = (6x + 6)° [Alternate interior angles are equal in measure]

y = 6x + 6 - 18

y = 6x - 12

y = 6(21) - 12

y = 126 - 12

y = 114
