f(x)=4(x-(-3))+7

Explanation:

vertex form= f(x)=a(x-h)^2 +k

vertex= (h,k)

x=-2

f(x)=11

plug in all the variables

11=a(-2-(-3))^2 +7

simplify the right side

11=a(1)^2+7

11=a+7

subtract 7

4=a

equation= f(x)=4(x-(-3))+7
