7.61 meters per second

Explanation:

The speed of the wind at x meter i.e. above the ground should be

f(x) = 1.5 ln x + 5.2

Now to determine the wind speed at 5 meters above the ground substitute

i.e.

x = 5 for the above function

= 1.5 ln (5) + 5.2

= 7.61

So the speed of the wind above the ground is 7.61 meters per second

And the same is to be considered
