Im 13 years old, 4'11 and 107 IBS

i want to focus on my bXutt my waist, a flat tummy and only a little bit of hips. LMK <3

How ever many push ups you can do every morning you wake up and every night before you go to sleep. Run your neighborhood for how ever far you want and however long you want. Squats before you go to sleep and before you take a shower. And 2 snacks a day! 1 soda a day 2 at the most!
