It is B. Using slope formula of (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) there is a the equation of (2- -4.5)/(-13.5-6).
This equals 6.5/-18.5 which is ~ -1/3 for the slope.
Second for the formula is the y-intercept which is where the line of the graph hits the y-axis. This would be - 2.5 and the total equation would be y= -1/3x -2.5
