“ when my teacher isn’t watching“ is a fragment
“ I went to the store last night to buy bananas they were out so I bought apples “is a run-on
“ The frog jumped over the muddy puddle” is a complete sentence

“ Her brother took her favorite she had she told her mom” is a run-on

In order to be a complete sentence it has to have a Subject (who is what or where it’s about) and a predicate (the action). Ex. My dog (subject)/enjoyed playtime(predicate).
