If this is division :

Because of PEMDAS division is first so 4/6 is 0.666 repeating 0.375 which equals 1.041

If this is fraction without decimals :

Need to have same denominator so multiply 6 x 3 to get 18 and what you do to the bottom must be done to top so that is 4x3 and thats 12 so now we have 12/18+3/18 go straight across with normal adding you get 15/18 since you cant divide without going into decimals your final answer us 15/18

If this is fraction with decimals :
