turn 3x-2y=14 into slope equation which would be y=3/2x-7 and. Since it's a parallel line u only need to change the y intercept do if u put it on a graph, the equation would be y=3/2x-2 bc it goes through the point (-6,-11) and is also parallel to the standard equation given.
