I'm writing my friend a letter to try to encourage her to create a community garden. Can anyone check it for me?

Dear Helen,
How's everything? I think should you should start a community garden. All it takes are just a little bit of patience and elbow grease, but the benefits can be immense! Growing a community garden can be an incredibly rewarding experience. You will get to work with people from all walks of life and learn more about gardening from them. Just how amazing is that? A community garden makes a great place for people around your neighborhood to hang out together as well. Best of all, you can also grow your own produce while keeping your neighborhood clean. You're basically killing two birds with one stone!
