1/3 of 20 is 6.67
Add them
You get 18.67
20-18.67= 2.33
You have 2.33 left over

3/5 of $20 = $12
1/3 if $20 = $6.67
Add those up
$12 + $ 6.67 = $18.67
Now subtract from $20
$20 - $18.67 = $1.33
