to find the slope from two points, use the equation m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

substitute
m = 4-2/5-0 = 2/5
the slope is 2/5

the line intercepts the y axis at (0,2), so the y intercept (b) is 2

slope intercept form: y = mx + b

so the slope intercept equation for the line is:
y = 2/5x + 2
