WHY DO WE NEED A CONSTITUTION​

we need a constitution to have a written record of our laws and rights. with out the constitution people would be able to do whatever they please. the constitution also helps to keep the people in power from controlling too much. Many of what is written in the constitution actually steamed from the magna carta , witch was a British document meant to keep the king from having too much power.

The Constitution is the basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it. We need the constitution because it is an important law of the land. It also determines the relationship of the citizens with the governments. It lays down principles and guidelines which are required for people belonging to different ethnic and religious groups to live in harmony.
