Explanation:

Square root standard form: y= a√(x-b) + c

It's the same line as g(x) so a is the same= 2

The line shifts to -3 so b is 3 (Any number that is Inside a parenthesis or a square root is gonna have the opposite value with what shows on the graph)

The line goes down to -2 so c is -2

=>f(x)= 2√(x + 3) - 2
