You didn’t give a picture but I solved it in slope intercept form. The answer for that is y=2/3x-1

y=2/3x - 1

Explanation:

2x-3y=3

-2x -2x

-3y= -2x + 3

÷-3 ÷-3 ÷-3

y= -2/3 x - 1
