Explanation:

Use derivative = 0 to find turning point(S)

D f(x) = 3x + 10 = 0

3x = - 10

X = - 10/3

When X = - 10/3

F(x) = 1.5(10/3)^2 - 10(10/3) + 12

= (3*10*10) / (2*3*3) - 100/3 +12

= 50/3 - 100/3 + 36/3

= - 14/3
