to solve this equation all you have to do really is look at the exponents

anytime your dividing an exponent its subtraction so if the top is 20^k and ur looking for k look at the other numbers we have on the bottom of the fraction

20^4 and we have the answer as 20^9 , all we have to do it add the exponents 4 and 9 to get 13
