1) -8 = 4 + 12a
-8 - 4 = 12a
-12 = 12a
-12/12 = a
-1 = a
a = -1 (Answer)
2) x/4-21 = -56
x= -56(4-21)
x= -224 + 1176
x = 952 (Answer)
3) 4 posters cost $7.40
7.40/4 = $1.85
Each poster costs $1.85 (Answer)
