I will give the best answer that WASN'T copied (I am checking). Think of a sport not usually considered to be dependent on muscular strength and endurance, like golf or tennis. How could an athlete's performance in the sport you've chosen be improved by increasing their level of muscular strength and endurance? Explain your reasoning.

Answer:

If your sport is golf, increasing your strength will allow you to drive the ball further and thereby decreasing the number of strokes required to get you to the hole. Since golf requires walking the 18 hole course and continuously striking the ball, increasing your endurance will allow you to do it with less fatigue thereby increasing your consistency in your game.

Answer:

Cheer

Step-by-step explanation:

Being a cheerleader (flyer, base, tumbler) requires you to use your body to make something happen. you cant use muscles that you don't have so you have to build it. you have to go to the gym, practices, extra classes ,and extra activities to be able to do certain movements. practices are sometimes 5 hours just trying to get moves right. your body is the only tool in this sport so you have to make sure that it can Before a certain way. Cheer is the only sport in my opinion that you have to ACTUALLY rely on your teammates to perform well.
