Y = 27

Explanation:

In the equation (y = 12 + 5x) the X is the independent value. When you replace this by 3 you will multiply 3*5 which will give you 15 and then you will want to add 12 as that is your y intercept. Giving the value of your Y a 27, or the point would be (3,27)
