y-y_(1)=m(x-x_(1))

First you have to find m with the formula
m = (y_(2) - y_(1))/(x_(2) - x_(1))


m = (9 - 6)/(11 - 9) = (3)/(2)

Choose whichever point you want as
(x_(1), y_(1)), in this case I'll choose
(9, 6)


y - y_(1) = m(x - x_(1))\\y - 6 = (3)/(2) (x - 9)\\y - 6 = (3)/(2)x - (27)/(2) \\y = (3)/(2)x - (27)/(2) + 6\\y = (3)/(2)x - (15)/(2)
