To make a fraction you must find the total amount of students so A+ B= total students
19+31= 50 students
Question #1: will be B/ total students which is 31/50
Question #2: to find percentage I like to cross multiply. X= total percentage voting 31/50 * x/100
31*100= 3,100
3,100/50= 62
X=62%
