3/2 • 2/3x = 3/2x ( -8/15)

Reduce the tractors from 3

1/2 • 2x = 3/2 • (-8/15)

Reduce factors from 2 .

X = 3/2x (-8/15)

Mutiply

-3/2 • 8/15

It equals -4/5
