y=(x-2)(x+2)

Explanation:

The table and graph show the line crossing the x axis at -2 and +2. That means when x is either of those two values, y will be 0.

If we set each equation to zero, we should find those two values of x. I'll skip right to the second equation, since I can see that it would meet those criteria:

y=(x-2)(x+2)

0=(x-2)(x+2)

x = 2 and x = -2
