My mind is in a doozy so I forgot how to do this, also any equations will help a ton!

x=62%

You divide the ones with the same units

x/80 = 62%/100% (write those as fractions if you have to show any work)
x=49.6

60=100%
x=70%

x/60 = 70/100
x=42
