Explanation:

Range is the set of y-values that can be outputted by the domain.

We can see that you can plug in any x-value into the graph. Therefore, any number would work (All real numbers).

We can also see that are absolute minimum y-value is -9. Therefore, our range is from -9 (included) to infinity.
