Answer:

B. An action plan.

Step-by-step explanation:

An action plan is a guideline to help an individual write and achieve well-specified goals.

In the health sector, a document designed by medical professional such as a doctor, for a patient or an individual stating what is needed, necessary or required for him or her to remain healthy, be in a state of well-being, as well as the support they made is generally referred to as the Health Action Plan (HAP).

Simply stated, the health action plan is a document which states what is required to stay or keep healthy.

Hence, in order to achieve well-specified goals such as avoiding too much fat, cataracts, cancer, lung diseases, myopia etc; an individual would need to write out an action plan containing guidelines for preventing such diseases or reactions.
