Answer: y = 5x+4

Work Shown:


8=2y-10x\\\\2y-10x = 8\\\\2y = 8+10x\\\\y = (8+10x)/(2)\\\\y = (8)/(2)+(10x)/(2)\\\\y = 4 + 5x\\\\y = 5x+4

Extra info:
