The Bill of Rights is the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution. It spells out Americans’ rights in connection to their administration. It pledges civil rights and liberties to the individual like the independence of language, press, and belief. It sets rules for the due technique of law and budgets all capacities not authorized to the Federal Government to the people of the States. And it indicates that the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be considered construed to deny or disparage others maintained by the people.
