2y = -4 - 3x
2y = 4 + 3x
Divide 2 by both sides
y = 2 + 3/2x

Y = 3/2x + 2

Hope that helps

Answer:

y=2 + 3/2x?

Explanation:

3x-2y=-4

You leave the -2y alone so:

-2y=-4-3x

Now you divide everything by -2

y=2+3/2x
