Number in each block is the sum of the numbers in the block beneath it.

Therefore, A + 21 = 32 ⇒ A = 11

A + 5 = B ⇒ B = 16

C = 5 + x

D = 32 + B ⇒ D = 32 + 16 = 48

E = B + C ⇒ E = 16 + (5 + x)

⇒ E = 21 + x

y = D + E ⇒ y = 48 + (21 + x)

y = 48 + 21 + x

y = 69 + x

y - x = 69

Therefore, y - x = 69 will be the answer.
