Answer:

Emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, spiritual and social are the six dimensions of wellness.

If all the six dimensions are fulfilled then it leads a holistic sense of fulfillness and wellness. Wellness is the practice of healthy habits on daily basis. If you do so then you just don't survive but thrive.

It is the active process of being aware and making choices toward fulfilling and healthy life. It is a dynamic process of growth and change.

Wellness is specially important when you age. Doing well in all the six dimensions of wellness will help you to live a quality life.

In simple terms we can say that health is only related our physical well being while wellness is related our overall well being.
