1) area of B =
\pi r^(2) =
\pi* 12^(2) = 452.4 cm^2

area of A is =
\pi r^(2) =
\pi* 2^(2) = 12.6 cm^2

A will be scaled 452.4/12.6 = 36 times

using the same method we can say that

2) 0.56 times

3) 0.063 times

4) 6.25 times
