Answer:

c

Explanation:

We need to divide
9x^2-6x+2 by 3x -1

we know that 2 = 1+1 so

(9x^2-6x+1)+1

if you notice the thing that it's inside the parenthesis it's a perfect square

((3x)^2-2(3x)+1)+1\\=(3x-1)^2+1\\

if we divide this by 3x -1 we get

((3x-1)^2+1)/(3x-1) \\\\=((3x-1)^2)/(3x-1)+(1)/(3x-1) \\\\=3x-1 + (1)/(3x-1)

so answe is c
