“dear district chief executive, there is a shortage of water in my area and i would like to propose to you two ways we could solve this problem for my community. build a water tower could help our water shortage by providing potable water for everyone in the areas showers, toilets, and sinks. another way to solve the issue is to make a statement encouraging people in our community to take shorter showers, only run dishwashers and washing machines for full loads, and to avoid overwatering lawns”
