The answer is 6 pears.
First turn the ratio into a fraction.
The fraction would be 24/20
Next find the greatest common factor.
You do this by finding the greatest common factor which would be 4.
Four is the GCF because it is the highest number that you can divide both 24 and 20 by.
Since the question is in the order of pears then apricots you divide 24 by 4 to get the number of pears.
Your final answer is 6.
