(x + 4y – z = 5

2(3x – 2y + 2z = 7 )

6x - 4y + 4z = 14

7x + 3z = 19

3(2x – z= -2)

6x - 3z = -6

13x = 13

x = 1

6(1) - 3z = -6

-3z = -12

z = 4

(1) + 4y - 4 = 5

4y = 8

y = 2
