You need to use the "cosine rule" :

d² = 24² + 32² - (2 x 24 x 32)cos125°

So == > d² = 1600 - 1536cos125°

Then ==> d² = 2481.013406

Conclusion == > d = 49.8 nautical miles

The distance between the ships after 2 hours is 49.8 nautical miles
