4x + y = –2 be written so they have similar

y = 2x - 5. and y = -4x -2

They can because if you subtract 4x from 4x+y=-2 from both sides of the equation you will get y= -4x-2 which has similar structure as y=2x-5 because you have y on the right side and the x and the conosant on the left.
