If you buy a lot of clothes, the style might be important to you, especially if you are not dressing for yourself.

If you live on a very tight budget, then cost is going to be important.

If you are an environmentalist, where the garment was manufactured is of major importance to you. I would pick this option because I do not believe child labor is ever justified, but the other three choices would probably hold more interest.
