Please help me I really need help

If the circumference of a circle triples, the area becomes...

Here's a made up example. Let's say that the radius of a circle is 5.

Circumference = 2πr

2π(5) = 31.42

Area = πr²

π(5)² = 78.54

If the circumference of a circle triples, that means that the radius also triples. So, the new radius is 15.

C = 2πr

C = 2π(15)

C = 94.26

A = πr²

A = π(15)²

A = 706.86

94.26 ÷ 31.42 = 3 ⇒ The circumference tripled.

706.86 ÷ 78.54 = 9The area is 9 times bigger.
