From now on, we will cease to be an exclusive property and work in partnership with farmers' cooperatives in our state. This was done because it brings us competitive advantages to the market, since we will be able to offer organic products of higher quality, in addition to that we may have a lower expense with the planting and maintenance of agricultural crops (which will give us fairer workloads) and we will be able to focus more efficiently on the industrialization process of these products.
However, I cannot fail to expose some disadvantages of this change, the biggest of which is that we will not have total control of our production, since the planting and maintenance part will not be our responsibility. This can lead to other disadvantages such as late delivery of materials and unavailability of materials at a given time. These disadvantages are a strong risk to our production and, therefore, I can say in advance, that we are already working to suppress them and allow our company to be successful going forward.
