I would choose B because that is the only source from a nutritionist (a person specializing in food and health)

choice A is about food labeling and has no relevance to the question

choice C is by a biochemist and talks about product labeling

and choice D is about food scarcity.

My point being the other choices have no relevance to the actual topic (food) besides B. As it only talks about foods not things surrounding that main idea!
