Since the scale factor is 1.5 it is more than one so it is an enlargement. You will multiply each point by 1.5 for example (x,y) becomes (1.5x, 1.5y) so for point A you would do (-6 x 1.5, -3 x 1.5). After you multiple that would be your new coordinate. Hope that helps!
