f(g(x))=(1)/(g(x)+4) -9\\f(g(x))=(1)/(((1)/(x+9) -4)+4)-9\\f(g(x))=(1)/((1)/(x+9) )-9\\f(g(x))={x+9} -9\\f(g(x))=x
