3 6 9 10 12 13

find the middle, in this case, it's two numbers (10 and 12)

3 6 are on the left, find the middle between them; 3+6/2

4.5

12 and 13 are on the right, find the middle between them;

12+13/2

12.5

IQR=12.5-4.5
